Google ka question achha laga.... Sayed iska answer yahi hoga....ki Hum logo science mein unit para hai....jeisa hai ki distance ka unit meter..... kilometer,hectometer, decameter,meter, desimeter, centimetre, millimetre Aisa hi Sangeet mein humara Jo purvaja guni log hai.....wo Sangeet k liye sa,re,ga,ma,pa,dha,ni ko Sangeet ka unit banaya hai

@13:15 Sa Re Ga ma Pa Dha Ni... swaron ke naam hain. Shadj, Rishabh, Gandhar etc. ho sakta hai yeh syllables bolne se do swaron ke beech ka distinction clear hota ho... ya mouth, throat anatomy ke kaaran aasani hoti ho. example: 'ma' is the first syllable that a baby speaks... kyunki doodh peene ke liye uska sirf lips ka muscle sabse zyada control mein hai... aap dekhenge ki ma bolne mein sirf lips ka use hota hai... isiliye janm dene wali ko maa, mata, amma etc kaha gaya hai. west mein do re mi fa sol... kehte hain

Sir I am not satisfied with your answer to the boy who asked why it is Sa re ga ma He jus want to know why it is Sa not ka... And there is no Parampara etc. There is a logic In my opinion the basic Sur is called Sadhav and from sadhav we have taken Sa for our convenience in other parts of world it has different name and the same they have their own short form. Likewise Rishabh, Gandhar, madhyam, pancham, dhaiwat and Nishad and there short form is taken from their initial later. Hope you will not mind my impudence.
