it's too long a video to be translated but here is the gist: She introduces the viewers to a traditional home near to Kochi. There is an equally old temple nearby which has three ponds (One dedicated for bathing temple elephants). The home features Nadumuttam (central courtyard) and exquisite woodwork. There are several objects of bygone era like the palanquin preserved in this home. Traditional Kerala homes have distinct blocks of spaces ('kettu') for differing functions. This one features 12 such blocks (which is unusual since the norm is either 4,6,8,or 16). The estate spreads over 16 acres and are full of really old, very large trees. and medicinal plants.
