Anders Kristensen I love all the details in the missions. This one along with the cult had somewhat of survival horror vibes. You can see that Gladys was somewhat of a religious zealot who might have messed up Lawerence yet was unable to see him as nothing but good due to her beliefs. In the garage you see power drills and gasoline next to glass enclosures full of dead rats demonstrating they tortured animals. A secondary victim and an accomplice can appear or reappear and this suggests timing can save more victims and catch more suspects.

It discourages me from relying on my aim and forces me to actually play slow and tactical. I have to carefully watch every corner and doorway I'm about to pass, and still die to bullshit sometimes but it's still fun.

Joel The Mole yeah ofcourse i know R6, but those games or more action oriented instead of tacticall gameplay.. The swat series was created by former head of SWAT Darryl F Gates and was more true to the real SWAT situations.. R6 can be seen as videogame, and the SWAT series more as realistic simulation.. Play the very first Police Quest: SWAT and you see what i mean ;) :)

I'd actually advise you to go in more tactical, like using your wand to look under doors, use more flashbangs or gas. It's way more realistic than just going in and shot the bad guys right away. Also you should use your team more, let them go in instead of going in rooms alone.

Wow, this series brings me back. I played this a long time ago. It probably doesn't make for good You Tube content, but when I played this I generally let the other two teams breach and clear the rooms. This kept them busy and out of my way for evidence collecting and securing suspects / victims. You can also have them stack at the the other doors to keep watch and make sure no one leaves while you are clearing the other rooms. I also think you can load non-lethal bullets too. I believe there are some scenarios where the suspect(s) must be detained not killed. I generally put those non-lethal rounds in my MP5 and then switched to my .45 handgun if I needed to go lethal. (Edit: The non-lethal rounds may have been in SWAT 3, I can't recall. This was a great series. It was originally Police Quest and eventually changed into SWAT) Great series. Brings back some good memories. Keep it up!

To be honest, the team is nearly useless. When I play this game, I play it multiplayer or just play solo and leave my team at the start. They stack up in a completely stupid way, their movement and positioning is just off. They're more likely to get themselves killed if they entry first. Not to mention when they see a suspect that runs away or won't comply, they just go completely insane and run around like it's nothing. They expose themselves to areas just to chase that 1 suspect and end up dying. EDIT: But you're right, it should be more team based, but you shouldn't expect this from him in singleplayer.

FTM try watching Lethal Feline's videos of swat 4. He uses more items like the optiwand to look under doors, throws gas into rooms before he goes in, and uses flash bangs as well. Also, he leans around corners instead of charging in.

I advise you to close doors behind you. In this map it doesn't make a big difference, but once the maps become bigger you'll understand what I'm saying. Sometimes suspects will run away to other areas, leaving the doors open or shutting them behind. Closing the doors behind yourself makes it more safe to react to unwanted guests and in case they run away, you can tell where they went if they left the doors open. Also, try to stack up at doors if you're going through. If you open a door while standing right in front of it, you might get shot instantly because you're out of cover. Another quite important tip: never chase the suspects down, you can try and leg shot them with single fire but with an M4, that might be lethal. I hope you kinda understood what I said :) Awesome video!

Played this game so much when i was younger and to this day this mission is so memorable and creepy. It's such a small mission too in this game. I truly wish that Siege would implement a Single Player story mode where they have you do rescue mission's like these. Because we will unfortunately never get a SWAT 5.

Tip note: To get 100 percent, you need to clear the building without killing any suspect. So use non-lethal like Bean Bag Shotgun and taser. Red and Blue should have mixture of Pepper Paintball gun for longer range and the Bean Shotgun for short. Many suspect will move around and not compliant with the gun on their hand if shot by paintball, so shotgun is a better option because of this. Playing all non-lethal weapon team is more fun since you have to think more on how you are going to approach the suspect and try not to kill them, but will take longer duration for each play though. Anyway, I like you video! sorry for long comment, I hope this helps. Oh! Don't forget to reload your taser after every shot.

Series is old but you play pretty bad, you don't use the snake camera and you went in loud and altered them, plus you could of taseres the creep and arrested him
