I like this show but this SWAT entry was completely unrealistic. Tan would have been shot in the leg as soon as his leg was seen on the stairs. Hondo would have been shot at 3:43. There is no way at that range that the guy misses. If they would have controlled all points, he would have been shot as he appeared from the hall, before getting off a shot. As we've seen in other episodes, smoke or flashbangs should have been used, this was completely absurd.

Agreed they went in with zero intel on the structure and number of hostiles. Nowdays they have thermal vision cameras and drones. They would have done a scanning with those and then call in other teams, bomb squad and k9 especially, using the robots to check for booby traps and whatnot.
