A very nice color palette . Ten of these colors sit in my Daniel Smith palette and I use them very often. Two weeks ago I put together an autumnal palette of white nights and Daniel Smith paints plus dusk pink of van gogh. 12 colors in total. I did that for the first time and I really like to explore this palette in patterns and some tiny paintings in my sketch book. I want to stick to it and create some more palettes to explore depending on season, mood, culture and so on.

oh yes I keep meaning to do a more seasonal palette to play around with but I never get round to it!

ah yes the paper is actually Fabriano 5 so its 50% cotton. if you see my sketchbook flip through video which is the one before this one on my channel I talk in more detail about the book and there should be a link to the book listing in the description box for this video as well as the sketchbook flip through video

love moonglow, doesnt matter to me its not lightfast

oh absolutley I love it too and dont mind about that aspect of it either. but I also feel its important to point out issues like lightfastness especially if the manufacturer is marketing it as lightfast when it not so people can make informed decisions on the colours they purchase!

if i sold my original watercolours then i wouldnt use it because of that, and manufacturers def should be telling the truth about their supplies
