Kejriwal had moved the court against the Delhi High Court order that upheld his arrest. The high court said the material collected by ED showed the chief minister was actively involved in the use of proceeds of crime. Wondering how SC could not see the evidences presented and over rule HC?????

The video footage released by Atishi is a good evidence on how visitors are ganged upon when in the drawing room .Firstly the 3 of them should now be kicked out of their job for their behavior towards a woman visitor. If these 3 are security personal working under instructions of their employer than their employer should be held responsible. I hope the 3 were vetted and had the appropriate training when addressing a woman Member of Parliament. I am of the view that the CM was watching on the CCTV monitor which he has access to. Swati was provoked into her raising her voice and that also did not get the attention of KANJRIWAL

In a high security area, one may even be shot for trespassing. It's clear that Swati Maliwal is becoming a pawn at the hands of the BJP. It's also clear that she is the first offender by breaching the security protocol. Thereafter, any action to evict her, even against her will, is justified. In the USA, such intransigent behaviour by trespassers will invite forceful handcuffing of the offender by the security personnel. Can anybody enter the PM’s residence forcefully without any appointment?
