Maybe money could have been transferred to Swatis sister's account in USA. This could be the deal for not filing the FIR and also resigning from the Rajya Sabha. The deal may have taken 31 hours to finalize. Navika Kumar should probe this angle also. Swati Maliwal will now go back to USA, without filing FIR and later she will resign from the Rajya Sabha.
