Nice to see your routine and what works for you. I do 16:8 routine because my goal is to keep the insulin levels down. I completely skip breakfast and eat 2 meals. Please keep making more of these 😃

I do feel hungry at around 8 am and that’s when I start with my morning routine, bathing, laundry, household chores cooking breakfast etc. I tend to keep myself busy.
