Arunachal will be much colder and harder to ride in at this time. Meghalaya was better. The fog will be an issue also. Fit fog lights in your bike also. And keep warmer clothes with you Swati. Last but not least keep apples, choclate bars and Glucose water with you. You don't know where you face fog and stuck.
