Why is Slendrina's mother seriously wounded and imprisoned in Granny's house? I think it's not because she was injured by the castle ruins. My theory: the main character of the Slendrina games who took the diary and who “killed” Slendrina later ends up in Granny’s house and dies there. That's why we can see Slendrina's diary on the bookshelf in Granny: Chapter Two. After Granny read the diary, she killed Slendrina's mother and then imprisoned her behind a bookshelf. This could have caused the death of Slendrina's mother since she is also looks dead like Granny.
