there are a few of these type of dumps around , in new Hampshire I found a soda dump full of a c l s. from all over new England.

Why is there hole bunch of bottles in the woods and why were they there for? I thought you said that coke cola company supposed to break all of the glass bottles I also owe a 1978 coke crate got it for 5 bucks and a 1970s Pepsi sign for 3 bucks

That is just an INSANE amount of bottles esp Coca Cola Bottles . But there is so many there that it's become a joke. somebody could start their own business , melting all them Soda's down and making their own Glassware . It would take years to get through all the bottles and fragments in that area. Fkin years !

What do you do with all the bottles you find. Looks like someone needs to clean these areas up an take the glass to be recycled.

why don't you clean up the broken ones? I keep a 5 gallon bucket with me for all broken to recycle.

+Ted C It takes a lot of time to wash bottles. One time I did put a bunch of broken clean soda bottles in the recycle bin and they refused to pick them up.

What recycling place are you giving your broken dump glass too? I can't find anywhere to do that. I'm pretty sure it's not profitable enough and too hazardous for most places.

you know i wonder if a glass artist might pay some modest amount of money for say 50 lbs lots of that nice blue green coke glass for thier work..you certainly found the raw material site

Why do you expect the bottles to be perfect ? You complain if it has a flaw.

All bottle collectors complain if a bottle has a flaw. The value is greatly reduced and they are very hard to sell if damaged, and they don't display well either.
