Humbled Flashback. The first time i heard this was in 2003 apart of the FloridaMassAccapellaChoir at the music workshop CampusCoC on the campus of UF in Gainesville, FL. The teacher Paula Cook taught this to her youth choir. It was sooo beautiful then because inpite of their trials to make the trip, they sung from the heart and the crowd was mo ed deeply. This was one song that the recording didnt survive. All these years later to hear it again has pushed my reset button to the point of humility, wondering about the members whereabouts. Some of us in FMAC have gone onto Glory , Praise God for the privilege to witness and be apart of it all. We need more of this , to continue this precious legacy to our children and our children's children.
