Bobde bowed down and touch holy feet of his beloved mother after taking oath of 47th Chief Justice of this Great Country (India) from His Excellency President of India. सर मेरा आपसे एक सवाल है मेरा उनसे सवाल है जिन्होंने कानून बनाए हैं महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के लिए सर जब एक महिला ससुराल द्वारा प्रताड़ित की जाती है महिला को शारीरिक मानसिक आर्थिक प्रताड़ना दी जाती है महिला ससुराल द्वारा निकाल दी जाती है महिला को न्याय पाने के लिए कोर्ट जाना पड़ता है पीड़ित महिला जो ससुराल द्वारा बाहर निकाल दी गई है उसको जो उसके माता-पिता से सामान मिलता है वह भी वहां रह गया है और माता-पिता की कंडीशन खराब हो गई हो ऐसे में वह कोर्ट तक न्याय पाने के लिए कैसे जाएगी जिसके पास खुद के भरण-पोषण के लिए पैसे ना हो क्योंकि सर कोर्ट तक आने जाने में बहुत पैसे खर्च होते हैं क्या वह पीड़ित महिला बिना न्याय के रह जाए या गरीब महिलाओं को न्याय का अधिकार नहीं है अगर कोई महिला कोर्ट चली भी जाती है न्याय पाने के लिए अपने अधिकार पाने के लिए तो उनका कोई समय नहीं है केस को 1 से 10 साल तक लग जाते हैं और कोई सहायता नहीं मिलती है गुजारा भत्ता महिलाओं के लिए बनाया गया है लेकिन उसका फायदा महिलाओं को नहीं मिलता उससे ज्यादा उनके पैसे खर्च हो जाते हैं इतने समय के बाद भरण पोषण मिले या ना भी मिले कोई जरूरी नहीं है ससुराल से निकाली गई महिला इतने समय तक अपना भरण-पोषण कैसे करें या उसको आत्महत्या कर लेनी चाहिए सर मैं आपसे हाथ जोड़कर क्षमा मांगती हूं अगर मैंने कोई शब्द गलत लिख दिए हैं उसके लिए मुझे क्षमा कीजिएगा सर मैं अपने सवालों के जवाब चाहती हूं कृपया करके मेरी मदद करें🙏🙏

All because of my complaints against SBI to RBI, Higher authorities and Central Ministries on their illegalities and on for not issuing me my home loan sanction letter. Earlier even several times SBI-AGM Mohan Rao, RBO officials, Sardesai, Ex. AGM Madhav Desai and his colleague Antony, NPA Avinash Bhat, SBI Br. Managers, SBI Legal Dept. officials & its Panel Advocate J.Costa and Adonice Colaco,Banking Ombudsman, RBI Goa Officials, Goa Consumer Forum Judges & Members is to threaten and blackmail me even in Court to deliver Drugs brown sugar ganjaa Packets to their respective clients locations and were forcing me to continue the same along with them for a long time if I want to settle my SBI Home loan issue and Divorce Case or else will be harrassed and will never be settled as said by them even in Court, Which I had strongly denied everytime. Presently I am feeling safe due to lock down staying safe at home due to Covid -19 , Even SBI, RBI, Goa Consumer Forum's Judges Members,both Advocates together all had even forged my Home Loan Doc's,Arrangement Letters as in one's page 2.- clause 4.C. is blank, As per Goa Consumer Forum Judges Members and its Judgement Order Page-8- 'me and my late wife had signed the Arrangement Letter' , As per SBI me and my senior parents as guarantors had signed all the loan doc's, As per RBO Head office and Janet Pereira vide her reply letter No.- SB/11452/2018-19/14 dt.14/01/2018 Fixed interest rate @ 9.25% is applicable as mentioned in Page 2. clause 4.C.of the Arrangement Letter and is not blank as per them and RBI,, And many more forged Arrangement letters at different stages are also been issued to me even by earlier Ex. AGM Madhav Desai, Antony and others of SBI and RBI Fraud Dogs to harrass us and even blackmailing me to deliver Drugs, sell my property to Builder etc. Several Tortures and Threat's to my life by SBI, RBI & Goa Consumer Forum Judges Members,even by both Advocates etc is still continuing till date.#

Awaiting for early reply and early action and Fair Justice, Infact schemes like bank staff loans which are charged on simple interest rate basis are being misused by illegally reinvesting and Refinancing as earlier offered to me by AGM Madhav Desai. Government should take strict action, cancel and give such schemes only to farmers rather than giving it to bank staffs which are already earning five star salaries and luxuries. Even in case of recent SBI Corporate frauds not even a singe bank officials were being punished, Infact promoted and benifited which prooves clear case of corruptions by the bank officials too with the support of the government….JAI HIND

#SBI #RBI #PMO #Media #India #ShameOnBank #LCAIKiawaaz On 21/03/2020 evening I was safely escaped from knife attack while riding with a small knife cut on my left eyebrow shocked when attackers asked "want sanction letter" They then turned right and ran away,meanwhile I lost balance dislocating my right thumb and failed to catch them as my face was also fully blooded. All because of my complaints against SBI to RBI, Higher authorities and Central Ministries on their illegalities and on for not issuing me my home loan sanction letter. Earlier even several times SBI-AGM Mohan Rao, RBO officials, Sardesai, Ex. AGM Madhav Desai and his colleague Antony, NPA Avinash Bhat, SBI Br. Managers, SBI Legal Dept. officials & its Panel Advocate J.Costa and Adonice Colaco,Banking Ombudsman, RBI Goa Officials, Goa Consumer Forum Judges & Members is to threaten and blackmail me even in Court to deliver Drugs brown sugar ganjaa Packets to their respective clients locations and were forcing me to continue the same along with them for a long time if I want to settle my SBI Home loan issue and Divorce Case or else will be harrassed and will never be settled as said by them even in Court, Which I had strongly denied everytime. Presently I am feeling safe due to lock down staying safe at home due to Covid -19 , Even SBI, RBI, Goa Consumer Forum's Judges Members,both Advocates together all had even forged my Home Loan Doc's,Arrangement Letters as in one's page 2.- clause 4.C. is blank, As per Goa Consumer Forum Judges Members and its Judgement Order Page-8- 'me and my late wife had signed the Arrangement Letter' , As per SBI me and my senior parents as guarantors had signed all the loan doc's, As per RBO Head office and Janet Pereira vide her reply letter No.- SB/11452/2018-19/14 dt.14/01/2018 Fixed interest rate @ 9.25% is applicable as mentioned in Page 2. clause 4.C.of the Arrangement Letter and is not blank as per them and RBI,, And many more forged Arrangement letters at different stages are also been issued to me even by earlier Ex. AGM Madhav Desai, Antony and others of SBI and RBI Fraud Dogs to harrass us and even blackmailing me to deliver Drugs, sell my property to Builder etc. Several Tortures and Threat's to my life by SBI, RBI & Goa Consumer Forum Judges Members,even by both Advocates etc is still continuing till date.#
