I did a sweat in memory to my father, we are a Seminole mix! It was the most empowering moments of my life. He came to me in a dream, looking better than ever!! I’m learning to honor my heritage the best I can. Totally missed out on information from my elders since they are all gone now and didn’t really speak of it as I was growing up. To the young people.... take heed in the stories from your elders, it’s a link to your past that can never be replaced!✌🏼❤️

Thank so much. For doing this video. I used to live in Texas. I got to participate in a set up and take down of a sweat lodge. We did a little over 10 days of retreat so to speak. I also got to sit in one. One of the best experiences of my life. We also seen each other oraza. I did not see my own but the group of people I was with said mine was purple. I also got my first medicine bag and only. One of the Lady said my spirit animal is the Bear.

You kids be careful around the people's who been sober and been watching you , not all them your friend , been to a few sweets and chased off evil spirits from there lodge with my shadow ,.. when you have earned certain things from this land you are to sweet alone , the Spirit s will decide who will go help you out with certain , those things need to be earned first

Many of us split feathers have nowhere else to turn to, no other source for the teachings, the wisdom, the ceremonies and the medicine. Miigwech for those who share for us outliers from the hoops of our peoples. We are orphans our whole lives in pain, sorrow and longing to belong.
