@teddyk4361 Yeah, but to be fair, they are longer than seasons since there's only 3 episodes per year. Each spanning 18 weeks total. However it is broken up, so you have 6 weeks with 100 levels available, another 6 weeks with 150 levels available, and the final 6 weeks with all 200 levels available.

My issue is that they really have no reason to put such emphasis on finding out more about the subclass DURING the campaign. They could easily introduce something new and have literally just 1-2 missions about understanding it and the rest can be story based, with mini quests after the story is finished. They're just really bad at introducing new things tbh

It was popular when it came out, but I dont see it used nowadays. There's a reason exotics that have legendary versions progress forwards rather than backwards.

Tbh, I think The Witch Queen was on the same level as Forsaken or almost better in my opinion because both were extremely good Story wise, lore, gameplay, raid except for the error codes on day 1 lol any tho I think final shape will really good on the same level of witch Queen… so you can go ahead and start complaining to me about how I’m wrong & here my answer, “I simply don’t fucking care”. Campaign was fun, strands fun, but the seasonal story telling wasn’t done well I’m personally someone that turns their brain off during a campaign and I liked the strand demos a LOT but the conclusion wasn’t as satisfying as witch queen

Crucible, weapons system, new game mode gambit, 2 destinations, introduced the first dungeon, introduced a destination that changes over time, ascendant challenges, completely new nightfall system. Witch Queen was great, but in no way did it change the game.
