Overtime you'll just naturally have some good recoil control but it doesn't hurt to improve right away. I'd say find your main or just a character you'll like, fiddle with attachments/sights. (I would recommend compensater on many guns but NOT single shot) Hop in training grounds (elimination on attack and protect hostage for defense) and find a good amount of pulldown thats in your comfort zone. (Also change fire rates like full auto and burst round if it suits you)
