My question is 1. how can I verify wether its genuine or not? 2. If its Genuine what is the next process ?

I see where you are coming from when it comes to uncontrolled refugee migration; But I have also heard of counter-arguments from those refugees that had sweden set proper expectations from those refugees probably they would not have chosen sweden, as a skilled migrant I too thread carefully on this topic, rather just stay away lol. Speaking of minimum salary for work permit; it sucks that they have enforced this rule to all cases (looks like our demonetization xD) should have done phase wise starting with fresh application. Will be interesting to see how swedish govt handles it, funny to see how liberalization & globalization from 90s to 2010s caused so much change that conservatives could not just keep up and now we are seeing that pushback.

Check in linkedin and company website. As they are going to hire you, so they are gonna tell you the process. Be careful. There are many scams happening
