Thanks for the reading! A lot of this resonated. The burden he has is a volatile third party that he put in front of me, although he pursued me hard. Then, all of a sudden, he switched it up. I was blind sided. Then he regretted it. Very messy and ugly. He has been in contact but still non commital. He is a bit wild, and I'm more grounded. He is definitely stubborn and arrogant. You are right that he doesn't want to talk about everything that happened. I hope he levels up, though I'm not holding my breath. And yes, he's had childhood and war trauma.
