Think about it. At this very moment while your listening to this, thousands of people could be listening with you. Our struggles may be different, but we all have one thing in common, we can remember. Remember our birthdays with loved ones, remember our friends from long ago, remember a time that we can't return to. Treasure what you have. You never really miss something until it's truly gone.

My dad's absolute favourite song. He would play it in the car, roll the windows down and make us all sing it. I remember the way I felt back then. I felt safe. Then my dad passed away very suddenly. Listening to this song again has shaken my soul, I can see him so clearly in the lyrics. I miss my dad so much. I was so unprepared to say goodbye. Im just trying to find away to be okay.

But whenever I listened to this song, It is one of the less songs shining a light through the dark. And probaly the only song that hits me so hard to even cry happy tears from it. I like this song. It is great. Everyone who is going through a difficult time can relate to it. And the various emotions experienced during that time. Which may involve crying in your room and expression of other emotions. Journaling is great many people took that up during covid as well as getting outside. Most of what therapists teach you to keep after sessions

This song always cheers me up when I feel alone and worthless. It brings me a feeling of comfort. It helps me realize that life is one big adventure and ya it has downfalls but it's also got ups. It reminds me of my value and what I stand for. Life is not easy but it's with living. So everyone out there struggling right now remember it's going to be okay because you are strong and you will push through.

Transitioning into a more difficult life makes you realize life is easier in some ways being a kid besides academics of course high school is difficult the math and physics they teach today confuse our parents and oler people in general. Weird how when your a kid you want to be an adult and when your an adult you would rather be a kid.

June 24, 2021. 13 days away from today. That's my graduation date. I'm scared, not of graduating, but of the fact that I still don't know exactly what I want to do with my life. It's absolutely terrifying. I know I'm taking a gap year, and then I want to go to college. Everyone is telling me to go to art school and then go a college for a career. I never planned on going to art school because it was always so expensive. I'm just having trouble deciding. I don't get it at all. Why do we feel the need to go to college and further our education and get a career? Why can't we just work at a gas station for years, save up lots of money, and then travel around the world with the money we made from the gas station? Why do we feel the need to rush. I'm 17. I haven't even lived yet and I'm already stressing over working and pushing myself to grow up. I don't even have my permit yet. I'm terrified to drive. I was in a car accident in 2009 and it's haunted me since. I'm now scared to death of dying in a car crash. How can I even grow up if I can't handle being behind a wheel? I don't know anymore. I just feel like one huge failure of a human being. I've disappointed everyone.
@makemegood32583 жыл бұрын
You aren't failure because I'm 17 years old too and I don't I have my driver licence. And I don't know want to with my life either but I keep telling myself. I'm going to have a good life. I hope this helps you understand what everyone goes through.

I'm 22 today and have been there it's still a life transition once you kind of decide and still stressful. And then people tell you you'll probably end up changing directions in your life in your 20's and 30's anyway. For now I'm in supply chain management and trying to get into procrutment/purchasing. Which is global and multicultural, with a lot of technology involved. Perfect job for a young person
