I think it's the name of the song, I guess being English sometimes it's hard to get what was lost in translation you know. The lyrics don't seem to have anything to do with Sweden, lol. Blonde hair and blue eyes could also be from anywhere in Europe, at the same time in Anime most characters are usually meant to be Japanese and they have all strange hair colours like green, blue, pink, silver and also strange eye colours also. So in a way just because a character may have blonde hair in anime doesn't mean it is meant to be a European necessarily, even red hair also. Melanesian people can have red hair also. It isn't like the Japanese are going to create Anime characters with hair and eye colours of every colour in the rainbow buy try to deliberately exclude blue eyes and yellowish hair just because European people happen to be able to have that colour. lol In anime sometimes they also have a rather tanned character, I believe most of the time it's meant to just be a tanned Japanese person since if they spend a lot of time in the sun a decent amount of them can tan well. But maybe if some African person looked at the anime they may want to think to themselves that the character is meant to be a black person. lol
