The most recent exercise I did that made my hip, glute, leg sore was the falling and sliding in the middle of the street where we had 2 inch thick Ice with about 9 inches of snow covering it. It was a lot of cardio imo. I had to get back up and let me tell you it was not easy lol

What do you think it takes to produce 10 videos a week with an average lengths of more than 20 minute. We have four staff and we all have to eat and have a place to live. The cameras and microphone cost money. The therapist teaching in the video deserves to get paid something for their time.
