Swedish Meatballs Recipe:
200 gram minced beef
200 gram minced pork
2 deciliter cream
1 deciliter breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 yellow onion
Butter
Spiced:
Salt
White pepper
Allspice
Nutmeg

I love Swedish meatball dinner, I make a gravy in the pan after the meatballs are cooked and then I serve them over mashed potatoes and add lingonberry jam on the side....omg so good :)
