No wonder that I get confused at times. At least the Swedish word "val" is simple!

They take the Word "HAND" and instead of just adding an "S" making it "HANDS" (like in the English Language), the Swedes take the base word, "HAND" and does two things, NOT JUST ONE, and change the "A" to a "Ä", BUT then also add the "ER"! Now look at the Swedish version of how the English changes the word "Book" to Books"! The Swedish changes "BOK" to "BÖCKER", so first they change "O" to "Ö", then they add the letter "C", and then if that was not already enough, they change the ending by adding "ER"! Why not just add "ER" to make the word "BOK" to plural as in "BOKER"! (Like English just adds the letter "S", but Swedes uses an "ER"!)
