Trainer Gae has some of the best sweep techniques of ANY Thai boxer in the world, and it’s both hilarious and astonishing how easily he does it. Literally no effort or power involved whatsoever...pure mechanics and gravity. Amazing 🙏💯

Also the fact he’s a pad holder so people put their guard down and he capitalizes on that moment so they’ll keep that in mind going forward in pad work that’s what I think
