Beautiful family, im a registered nurse had some health issues went into the hospital i worked at, put me in a broken wheelchair on the way to my room the footpeddle broke grabbing my leg throwing me face down into the floor,, dr, said after six month if i didn't get my strength in my upper leg back i never would. so i walk with a walker now. Also now have lymphedema to my left leg. Which it makes it harder to get around, so i really enjoy watching your videos and your sisters. Nothing like the love of a family. swelling of set into my leg which is excessive swelling without wraps. readyhomebound due to illness, so always love watching your video's, thank you for sharinh,

For Cassie and Crystal , I recommend any mineral sunscreen such as Banana Boat Mineral Sunscreen which come in a spray lotion or regular sunscreen. I have a sunscreen allergy since a few years ago and I totally get what you are going through since I used copper stone sunscreen spray and that caused hives and itching on my arms. Since a person mentioned that her son has a sunscreen allergy and that he used mineral sunscreen instead of the regular sunscreen, I bought the mineral sunscreen and it worked wonders on me so I believe that it will work for Crystal and Cassie. I hope that helps you and Cassie 😉.
