onion
carrots
bell pepper
green onion for ganish
Sauce:
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp ketsup
1 tsp sugar
dash of salt and pepper to balance the taste.
Yangchow friedrice
Ingredients :
3/4 cup rice
1 small egg
1 tbsp mixed vegetables
5 pcs dried shrimps
