In that Victorian, the first one, had a closet before thkitchen with shells my grandmother had one in her kitchen with door on both sides so she could set dishes as finished in there and in the dining room on the other side of the shells as wide as the fireplace wall,, food kept warm. When ready to set the table just open that door and no walking from kitchen to dining back and forth! Mom said when she was very little and granny shut her up in there and forgot her( granny just didn't want her burnt around the stove). When granny started looking for her and opened the door mom had her hand in the crock she kept brown sugar in, mom was covered in it!

Another good showing, liked the Pavo home and town; you know your in the country when you live on Main Street and can have a nice mini farm and also breed my AKC English Mastiff’s; I liked Georgia and work their for years at Georgia Power generating stations: Beautiful country too, for your viewers to know.

The last one… guaruntee it was bought for 400+k and then sold the house and little bit land and kept the farmland. Those people who bought it for 70kish then renovated it and and the outbuilding and are now selling.
