A sua netinha é muito fofa 🥰 Aqui em Portugal nós damos parte da rama aos animais e a outra parte da rama, nós cortámos em pedaços e voltamos a planta, tem que ser troços com vários nós e tem que deixar uma ponta com folhas fora da terra . Thank you! We have cold temperatures this week so we don't get to replant stems. I will hopefully have more in spring to plant if I keep a few alive inside until then.

Do you know what variety of sweet potatoes those monsters are? I had a fair harvest of Beauregard sweet potatoes but my Murasaki were comically small.

It's actually at least 2 different kinds, maybe 3? I got the purple ones with white centers and purple with purple centers from Dekald farmers market and sprouted them. And then a regular orange sweet potato from a friend's csa that had sprouted in her kitchen. I need to sort ant see who is who. I know the really thin long ones he pulled first were the purple inside because one got cut open digging.
