Rhett, J Kenji Lopez (One of the best food scientists and also a great food youtuber) has a book called The Wok. It is great and filled with recipes along with information about how to use the Wok. Pad Thai Gai is perfect for giant wok cooking. It's also mild enough for all tastes and the chili and peanuts can be served on the side so people can adjust it to their own taste - and avoid allergies. This was a fun More episode - I never knew cheese on apple pie was a thing until I married my american husband. It's not a thing here in Ireland.
