Here’s a fun fact about jaggery, the brown rock of sugar cane you melted. In Colombia 🇨🇴 it’s called panela and it’s made in big square blocks. In México 🇲🇽, they call it piloncillo and it’s shaped in a funnel shape. In USA, it’s only found in Latin supermarkets as piloncillo, and it’s found in all shapes.
