I wanted to say I purchased some Impact votes for Laura. I saw it also supports the American Lung Association and I could not have stayed a non smoker for 16 years without their support and encouragement by the members of their Freedom From Smoking group! I quit the day my lung spontaneously collapsed - great motivator, anyway - and might not be here today if I had not quit.

3/27/22; oh yes Trenta, another excellent job stripping orange bed frame, head & foot ends. You made new bed/box/mattress side frames, very nice! Exceptional detail work on those 3D leaf 🍃 elements centered on head board & edges of vertical supports...really nice, time consuming work on those accent pieces. Then you spliced-in a new piece replacing a weak mid-span element! Wow! Your carpentry skills are impressive to watch as you so easily performed exacting plunge oscillating cuts, then installed the matching 'filler' piece perfectly fitting without slightest hint of seams ! You do very good work ! 👏 Then 'dabbing' slightly darker stain color on those Leaf Detail elements vs. different, lighter color, but dark, stain on body of headboard & all other components. The finished unit looks 'showroom' new & probably worth many $1000's. Another fantastic job! So, kick back & sip your favorite Eggnog, yup, you earned it...& your loyal viewers don't mind a little white mustache, aye!👩🔧😋👍👍👍😊

My ex wife and I had one very similar with the same problem with the rails. Just one rail. It ended up getting repaired about 4 times! Once by a furniture repair person. It still broke! At least one more time! No appliqués involved.

Watching other furniture repair videos they say that when using PVA you should always put glue on both sides. Are you not using PVA or is there a reason to why you don't put glue on both sides? They also say that you must put pressure to the parts that are glued when using PVA. I don't know, I just like watching and trying to learn before I will start my attempts to salvage (ha ha) some old furniture that I have. Wish me luck! Just noticed that you did put glue and clamped parts of the bed - I made my comment during watching the video. ;-)
