Fitting song for Huckabee to play on since he was a governor. I like his Rickenbaker bass.

"Sweet Home Alabama" was mostly written by Ed King... the only member of Lynryd Skyrnyrd that came from California... in fact, as a teenager he wrote the classic psychedelic R&R song, "Incense & Peppermints" done by his then band, The Strawberry Alarm Clock.

Gary Rossington would disagree with you on that - since he kept Lynyrd Skynyrd going since 1987 with Rickey Medlocke and Johnny Van Zant - and so would Ronnie Van Zant and Allen Collins - RIP. Ronnie wouldn't short change his brother like that and Allen didn't even like Artimus Pyle. I get it that most folks like the classic line-up - I do too - but I wouldn't put down on Johnny and especially Rickey. Not enough fans realize how important Rickey was to LS going back to 1971.
