Song with Blue becoming hypersexual to cope with his trauma, I also believe he also has gynophobia from the experience. His hypersexual persona hides the fact he now fears women. In “Sweet Little Bumblebee”, the courtroom with the judges and “witnesses” is a metaphor for how society views male victims of S/A. He’s objectified, humiliated, shamed and victim blamed. It’s all rooted in misandry, toxic masculinity, toxic femininity and sexism. As a result, cases where men and boys are S/A’d are brushed off and ignored while women who committed S/A are coddled and walking free. What’s even more disgusting is that men who do defend themselves from female abusers are arrested while their abuser plays the victim. If we educate more people on abuse, assault and consent, we can break down barriers and put more people to justice. Abuse and assault is still wrong, no matter the gender. And if you think women can’t abuse men, just take a look at cases where abusive “mothers” beat their sons bloody.

I feel like red is a perfect example of an irl girl who’s obsessed with someone they like.The girl won’t give up making advances and whenever they get sad and vent to someone else,all they do is gain validation because in people’s eyes they think if she loves someone whatever they do to gain there affection is ok.The other examples of this are just like in sweet little bumble bee,making yourself change because that’s what you THINK the person wants.The person who has already shown to not like you begins to feel stressed and pressured because people will start to get mad at him for not accepting the feelings of someone who loves them and always brushes off what happens to the boy and or girl.This leads to them either getting with the person and being in a unhealthy relationship or not and continuing to deal with the constant harassment.It’s sick honestly.

I believe that Purple was trying to tell Red that Blue was with Pink so she could groom Red more since she’d have her to herself. However, Red takes it as Purple saying that she should be more like Pink. That’s just my theory, anyways.

Your commentary upon blue's story is extremely informational, I agree with the majority of the aspects as well as enjoy the background art. The way you interpret this story is practically how it seems to be/pos.

I think this video is genuinely very good at explaining the whole story and you did bring up a lot of points that I was thinking about with this video. A thing that I noticed at 8:12 is that on the board there is two sides of blue where one is the “evil” one and one is the “good” one and I do think that it’s supposed to be represented as the “evil” said is everything he blames himself for/what others would blame himself for and that the “good” side where in shut up and sleep with me blue covers his eyes from pink showing that that’s all he has going for him that wasn’t bad in his eyes. Also a thing is that when red does sexualize herself for blue think that what he wants is further proven by how in love fool around the end pink take blues tie in a sexual way while pink stares which I think partly inspired her to sexualize her self besides purple of course. but yeah idk just some things I noticed overtime anyways this is an amazing video

7:11 I don't know why, but I got very angry when you said "when male victims speak out, it's not taken seriously" which just made me angry until you said "because the society see woman as little innocent angels" which literally made me snap. I understand I may be a girl, but like... Dude/girl not every woman/girl are little innocent angels even if it was common on them like men. (You get the point what I'm saying)

9:34 I disagree w/ using poison mostly bc it’s a very flashy song and I don’t feel like it’s the most fitting option? It’s also a little glamourizing- something that feels on-brand with who Angel is as a character but would also come off as insensitive. I think First Orgasm by Dresden Dolls would be a better pick (it’s one I definitely relate to more as a hypersexual male victim at least, lol)

I think that song would be nice too, but I feel like Poison fits better with the design choice of Blue's hypersexuality plus the song's beat is kind of close to kurruoze's vibe idk. I get what u mean abt Poision coming off as insensitive, but I think it depends on how someone reanimating it would be able to show it (if that makes sense sorry I'm not too good at explaining myself sometimes ;-;)
