It's the best feel good drama for me as well, closest I've found is hidden Love (Chinese) and soundtrack (sadly only 3 episodes)

I recommend you watch "Alchemy of Souls". It's a fantasy, so it's a little different from HTCC, but it's sweet, funny, and will leave you smiling at the end.
