Once I was impatient at a hospital and they served this and I had no idea what it was but I loved it. I went back for seconds and I asked what it was called and didn’t really register that it was pineapple… I wonder how that place made it differently bc it was crispy throughout and no obvious chunks of pineapple to my memory at least

I heard it's good to let it rest for about 10 mins after you take it out of oven to help it thicken

I tried this for the first time years ago at a bar I working at. It was delicious ! Tried to make it a few years back based of memory. Big fail haha. After watching this I see where I messed up. Time to redeem myself 🙃🤍
