I have used old pool cover as my veg.garden weed barrier. Appreciate your bible study and garden tips. The more we grow the healthier we can be.

I am Asian, and we use those daily. We blanch it and mix it with little vinegar and shrimp paste. Yum!! I live in California. I used to grow them, but got tired of the pests eating the leaves before I could even harvest them. How do you prevent pests from eating them? May God he with you always. 🙏🙏🙏

The nutrition is actually in the layer betweenn the flesh and the peel on everything. It is a very small layer.

Way too much salt was added. Also, the choice of salt (pink Himalayan salt) is an unhealthy choice, as this kind of salt is mined by using explosives and ends up with (or inherently contains) heavy metals such as lead.

Titus you are going to have foot problems by not wearing shoes. Adults need arch support.
