Enjoyed presentation, have u tried it with heavy whipping cream 1 cup, 11/2 to 2 cups sugar and add about 2 top of lemon extract along with the vanilla, also 3 to 4 eggs, the end results are like u are biting into a cloud.

Good recipe. 2 things-add just a touch of lemon extract to your batter. It will bless you. 2) I do an egg wash and brush it on the crust edges. It will give a beautiful shine to your crust. I also cover the edges with foil for about the first half hour to keep it from burning, then remove the foil for the last 20 minutes or so to get a nice golden brown. I like your video.

i watched your video for the first time today. I enjoyed it very much . I could understand every word you said .NO MUSIC.. One of the best things you did, was you did not break your eggs into your batter, you never know if it is a good egg.or not, and you added your eggs last after you taste tested so you didn't have to taste raw eggs. i LIKE YOUR STYLE GIRL.

My opinion, you did well. I like how you execute that task. However, you used the wrong measuring cup to measure the sugar. There are two types of measuring cups: Dry measuring Cup to measure dry ingredients e.g. sugar, flour, nuts, etc (It has the different sizes indicated on them e.g. 1/3 cup, 1/4 cup, 1/2 cup, 1 cup) while the Liquid Measuring Cup with the measurement in metric and is often transparent for easy reading and is used to measure water, cooking oil, etc. Finally, you could have paused the video, wait for the pie to cool and show the plated pie to get your perfect score of 10/10. Continue showcasing your baking skill. One love 💕 from Jamaica 🇯🇲
