#teawine #sweetteawine #philbillymoonshine This wine turned out really good, i like it a lot better then the one we did with lemon. I really do not like lemon in my tea.

I used to make this shit 2 batches at a time. A 5gal n a 4gal. Back in 2018-19. Did MANY a many flavor variations of a kilju or a sugar wine. Or "sweet beer" the natives in western Ontario call it. (But they drink it after 24hrs - give or take) and the 2 absolute BEST was my 1 POT LONG ISLAND TEA (AND YES I put lemon juice). 5gal batch I'd put a whole 2kg bag of white refined sugar that I dissolved in 3 pots of boiling of similar sizes. Once fully dissolved, remove from heat, when cool enough add to FV Then I grabbed a 4th put half filled with water, them I put 50 orange pekeo tea bags in n boiled it, let it sit for a few 6-7 maybe 7-8hrs on medium temp to concentrate that tea. Meanwhile I would use a blend of the Lalvin sparkling wine yeast the 1113 or whatever it's called, Fleishmann's Bread Machine yeast, and then sometimes Id use active dry yeast, sometimes quick-rise instant but ALWAYS Fleishmann's. Pitching the pitch able stuff. After 7 days I'd go add 500ml of hot (not, boiling but hot) stir slightly drop like 5 new teabags in the FV n pitch a bit of yeast. On day 14 I'd usually have to add more sugar, so I'd put usually a 1/2lb sugar dissolved in 500ml - 1l boiled water. (Let cool B4 adding). Add then I usually let it go completely untouched for 7-14 days (until it spent the majority of it CO2 so I could safely bottle it). So I did this 1 in particular where I substituted 15-20 orange pekeo with just the random assortment of odd teas, don't even ask all I remember is about 6 or 7 were Earl grey and as soon as the first water pot boiled and was taken off heat. I stuck an approximately 2" piece of cinnamon stick n only 4 like 5-10mins (repeat for all sugar water pots). Then spoonful or so nutmeg, Think I had lightly dusted it with all-spice (I was vary sparing with the spices. Just a hint. And once bottled I'd put them away in my closet for a few weeks or even months (sometimes just drank right out DAt barrel). THOSE WERE FUHK'N AMAZING, I even ran a 4.5gal bath of the first recipe thru a still. And none of those were ever that sweet in the end, a few were rather dry but all were what everyone who tried said HOLY FUHK THAT GOOD, (second mouthful) JESUS THAT'S STRONG. I need to start making these again N FILM IT THIS TIME.

Rapper name is Sweet T? You need to give us a rap performance! Also, can you use this tea wine to make a Long Island iced tea? That would be potent!!

I tried this today and I have no bubbling going on in the bottle. I used ec118 yeast. Used mineral water. Now it sits there like sink water and dirty foam from shaking but no further action going on.

@obtuse186 Жыл бұрын
@@slavaukraine5117 there's yeast on everything. People were making alcohol by fermenting long before we even knew yeast existed. People legit used to think it was magic, you put something out and if you're lucky it magically turned into alcohol.

What other type of juice do you succeed with in wine making? What did you mean with "that other twisted stuff!" I guess you mean dry or bitter wine from those typical boring wine producers that makes too dry wines?
