2 full cups of sugar....? 4ea 1 gallon tea bags...? that's 100% to much sugar and 300% to many tea bags... one of those bags you used makes one whole gallon of tea... what you just made is one gallon of Orange Peko Pancake Syrup

Four "family size" tea bags, not "gallon size." Four family size bags per gallon is just right.

My friend uses two cups sugar to only two quarts of tea. You could stand a spoon up in it, but that's how she likes it. And she's skinny as a rail. So lighten up and live and let live.
