Ingredients
200 grams vermicilli (seviyaan ) thin and roasted
350 ml milk
1/3 rd cup desi ghee
1 pinch saffron strands optional
200 grams sugar (1 cup )
1/4 th tsp cardomon powder (elaichi powder)
1 or 2 drop kewra essence (optinal)
almonds 2 tbsp (badam)
pistachio nuts 2 tbsp (pista)
raisins 2 tbsp (kish mish)
cashewnuts 2 tbsp (kaju)
