So far all your recipes I tried turned out perfectly except this one. I am a caterer and followed recipe to the tee ,I was very careful with oil temp as well but it absorbed soo much oil and outer texture was poor so I added more than 1/2 cup flour way more than stipulated in the recipe and I was able to save the rest of them Will appreciate any adjustments and tips .
