Great information and clean environment. You should covered your hair and worn a mask and gloves. The people wrapping the kenkey in the food grade wrap should also wear gloves. The gentleman packing the kenkey in the vacuum seal should also wear gloves. There should not be any hands without gloves in any aspect of the cooking and packaging process.

You cannot wear gloves to tie the knots after wrapping. Also, the kenkey is warmed up before eating

Kadosh kenkey is the best kenkey ive found in Minnesota. The others just don't taste as good. Butof course nothing will compare to the kenkey you get in Ghana.

Kadosh is not the same anymore. Their kenkey used to be rich in texture, a little bigger than the size right now, and very delicious. I stopped buying their products after the size and texture of their kenkey changed. Even their shito tastes different now as well. Not sure what is going on, but hopefully, they get things back to normal.
