I have a music CD and DVD that needs to be shrink wrapped or sealed. Equally important my bag is made of Polyolefin will it work with the iron. I believe the type of bag melts or seals at 250 to 350 degrees..

Wax paper or parchment paper? Wouldn’t wax paper melt and leave a wax film on the straightener.

I put it on medium heat. It doesn’t have to be that hot at all and you literally just have to tap it for a few seconds.
