That is my third night I am listening to it, but each time I made nightmare. Why?

Thank you for letting me know. It can have multiple reasons. If you usually do not have nightmares and only this tape causes nightmares, stop using this tape at night. You could try listening while you are awake to see, if there is something that bothers you in my voice or in that tape Are you experienced with affirmations and are usually able to sleep with affirmations on? Maybe there is something that bothers you in that tape, maybe there is some old beliefs, that are getting triggered?
