I first saw the Anyday dish in an Instagram ad featuring chef David Chang of Momofuku restaurants ant TV shows such as Ugly Delicious on Netflix. I WAS INFLUENCED and I bought it right away.
I was amazed at how well the Anyday dish worked worked to make perfect silky mashed potatoes in the microwave. The potatoes steam in their own juices (who knew potatoes had juice) and you mash them right in the dish. Add salt, cream and butter then you're done.
I was very impressed by how well
this worked and I've been using it regularly since I bought it.

Thank you for being among the FIRST I've seen on KZbin in the kitchen who uses a CLEAN and decorative dish cloth. I see so many with the net type of dish cloth that becomes more and more raggedy and hideous-looking as things like cheese graters are washed. Then I often see white dish cloths that are brown-stained - and cooks keep on the counter while doing a video. Honestly, that is such a pet-peeve of mine, and I've turned off videos like that just to have to keep from looking at a white wet cloth that looks like a used sanitary napkin on the counter the whole time. it was just refreshing to see you do otherwise. THANK YOU!

I just found you today while trying to figure out what type of air fryer might suit me best. I have a Instant Pot and am thinking I will get the add on air flyer lid for it as space is limited and I already have a convection toaster oven. I see that a lot of people are loving the ninja Foodi over the IP, but I cannot justify replacing my IP at this time due to the cost of a Foodi and the fact that I am very happy with my IP. So excited to see that you have reviewed many of the things I have been wondering about including this video! You are my current favourite for all things food after just two videos. I have always done my mash potatoes for holidays this way. It saves on the precious stove space. I have an oven safe Pyrex glass bowl that came with a lid. I am lazy. So I just cut them and leave the skins on. 😄 I have even been really lazy and just nuked whole potatoes then pulsed them in my blender. 😀

HI those are the BloominGoods Silicone Cooking Gloves - Heat Resistant Oven Mitt on Amazon but they are not currently available. Also the fingers were a bit short in length. They fit me but did not fit my son well as his hands are much bigger. Thanks for watching
