This is from of a beneficiary concert for Martin Luther Kings civil rights movement in Stockholm, Sweden. The recording took place on the 31 march 1966 in the Opera House and was aired live on Swedish, Danish and Finnish television network.

I have admired him for many things- his voice- grace- activism-calmness when in a discussion about injustice giving people of many Opinions to speak and then giving them examples of injustice. His friendship with Dr. Martin Luther King helped him to continue to work on behalf of justice for his entire life. A life well lived!! Thank you for sharing your beauty with us. Whao! I can't stop watchin Belafonte Matilda.this is comedy of our time. Musicians overenjoyed in Sweden that they lost their keys. Over 40yrs women probably were matildas at their prime time. Bigspenders had a good show reason they spend big. The two men with Belafonte never had any Matilda in their lives except Belafonte. Scholarships struggled and are still struggling for life. I love this piece.
