I think what he does really well beyond explaining it (which was the only thing done here) is with creative/musical ways of using it, it being whatever subject he’s talking about. For example setting the velocity to control the filter and maybe some resonance and setting it so that they open up with greater velocities can yield very natural feeling patches because most acoustic instruments get brighter sounding with higher velocities (volume) and duller (like being low pass filtered) with lower settings. I bet Daniel Fisher has other creative tricks up his sleeve for it

You need to talk about numbers Man, Some high-end instruments don't have just two or three settings, they have 'Velocity On 1-127' and 'Velocity Off 1-127'. It would have helped a bit better.
