Yes yes yes! That is the best- clarity with some cojones. I think the only way may be pure amp tube/and or speaker overdrive, and things like the Swart "Nightlight" can provide that affordably today, meaning it doesn't cost more than your actual amp, unlike some other devices.
@squirelova18154 жыл бұрын

This is an awesome testament of how cool this pedal is. I was watching this vid and I had my iPhone volume up. Paul was playing Mississippi Queen and my wife, who wasn’t watching said, how many guitars are playing? The separation of frequencies between the bass strings and the high notes made her think 2 guitars were being played to accomplish the demo. YES!!! It works, even with crappy iPhone speakers.
@shatteredsquare4 жыл бұрын
that parametric mid preamp is so mind blowingly powerful man, the range is ridiculous. with push on max i haven't played anything more satisfying than the PG-14, being able to hear it completely fall apart and fold over like an amp that's on fire, all from a little pedal, then you can scoop all the mids out just the way you like it no matter what you're running it into...it negates the necessity to mod anything, having the capability to sweep it to preference, so versatile.
