I'm so glad you pulled together these videos with Halestorm! They're one of my favorite rock bands of this era, and they're so down-to-earth despite being well-known rock stars. That, and they always talk about how they don't play to a click or backing tracks, which is so awesome and old-school and rock'n'roll. \m/

12:48 I thought he was talking about people being perverted about her lol. But, yeah I definitely look up to the female singers, especially in rock/metal, that I like because I sing (not very great) and I want to do something with music possibly. I specifically really look up to Amy Lee from Evanescence. I've only actually two songs by Halestorm, but I'm gonna listen to more and other female singers in metal. But, I am really insecure and myself, and not even because of other people. I just don't think I'm good enough, or good at all. I'm struggling through some things that are really making it difficult for me to want to try to persue the things I really want to do. I've taken chorus in middle school (both 7th and 8th grade) and in highschool (9th, 11th, and 12th for both semesters). I really love the teacher in my high school chorus class and her and the class itself has helped so, so, so much. But, I really want to be able to sit down with someone who sings, one on one, and even better if it's the same genre...and just help me with these things.
