Good video. A pity it's still not the overdrive I'm looking for. I'm looking for a much more progressive response. Hard to describe but the overdrive in the Yamaha Reface CP is what I'm looking for where the more I dig in, the more grit I get without going instantly from clean to fuzzbox.

​@@unclemick-synthsDarkglass X-7 is a good one for what you're describing. Alpha Omega comes with a nice EQ on it but it's more expensive. There's also the Aggressively Distorting Analogue Machine which is a monster of a unit.

Not really digging the stock DI sound of the Apollo, pretty dull compared to a dedicated DI. Would love to have heard it with a RNDI, JDI, or similar patched in.
